如使用Outlook 2003(含)以下，當開啟Outlook時，如出現如圖所示之問題請參考以下做法

XP Event Log中出現 Event ID 1202 Source scecli - Error code: 0x4b8如何處理?

出現 Event ID 1202 Source scecli的成因可能很多，如果Error code:是0x4b8得話可以使用下列方式修看看，我使用過，It's work.

- Error code: 0x4b8 = "An extended error has occurred" - This error appeared on the GPO that renamed administrator ID or disabled "Guest" account.

會出現這種Event是因為 %Windir%\security\Database\Secedit.sdb 檔案壞了。

下指令檢查 "esentutl /g %Windir%\security\Database\Secedit.sdb". It will say the database is either corrupt or out-of-date.
Run "esentutl /p %Windir%\security\Database\Secedit.sdb" 來修複
或是直接刪除%Windir%\security\Database\Secedit.sdb ，此檔在重開機時會重新產生。

做完後請重新開機即可。

有一部HP LaserJet 4250夾紙，經過排除，面板上一直出現ERROR 13.20.00 第二紙匣夾紙，但該清除的都清除了，但還是一直出現錯誤訊息，本以為有零件壞要花錢送修了，但上網找了找資料，原來是紙片卡在一個非常不起眼的地方，清除後就OK了，如果有同樣問題的網友就參考看看。在藍色圈中的細縫中，請用手電筒照，以我的case，小小紙片就卡在那個細縫中的senser中，用手電筒才看得清楚

開某個word檔時會出現【Word無法啟動轉換程mswrd632】錯誤

開word檔時會出現【Word無法啟動轉換程mswrd632】錯誤，不是每個檔案都這樣，以我的狀況是該word檔之格式需要轉換時才會發生，爬文後發現是Windows XP安全性更新(KB973904)修正後才發生問題，所以可用以下方式解決：

1. 移除Windows XP安全性更新(KB973904) 看是否可以解決
2. 或以手動修正:(我是用此法已解決問題)
• 按一下 [開始]，再按一下 [執行]，輸入 regedit，然後按一下 [確定].
• 找出下列登錄機碼：
  
  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Text Converters\Import\MSWord6.wpc
• 按滑鼠右鍵 選 刪除

Adobe Reader直接安裝到最新版，不需透過Internet Update，(如何將MSI和MSP合併成一個最新的MSI檔)

要用GPO派Adobe Reader時，常常download到的MSI檔不是最新的，例如說目前能download 只有9.3.0 MSI，但現在已經出到9.3.3，而又不想讓user自行Update最新版，參考了這個網站http://www.404techsupport.com/2010/02/gpo-deploying-adobe-reader-9-3-1/ 可直接將9.3.0+update9.3.2+update9.3.3打包成一個9.3.3的MSI，直接安裝，client就是9.3.3版了
還有GPO派送時應要搭配Adobe Customization Wizard

依據Acrobat原廠建議Adobe Reader 9.3.4的版升級路徑如下:

For creating 9.3.4 administrative install points (AIP): 9.3 (MSI檔)> 9.3.2(MSP檔) > 9.3.3 (MSP檔)> 9.3.4 (MSP檔)，其它有出但沒表例的版本就可跳過，詳請參考http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/498/cpsid_49880.html

所以如果要做一個9.3.4的MSI檔，請依本方法將上述的檔案一一包起來再派送即可。

實作如下

download 以下兩個file(需依照日後實際狀況看有幾個.msp):
•Adobe Reader 9.3 .msi
•Adobe Reader 9.3.1 .msp

將所有檔放到同一個folder，ex:c:\test

1. 下指令如左：msiexec /a AdbeRdr930_en_us.msi <--黃色部份請依實際狀況輸入檔名
2. msiexec /a AdbeRdr930_en_us.msi /p AdbeRdrUpd931_all_incr.msp <--黃色部份請依實際狀況輸入檔名
3. 複製最後的MSI檔 to your deployment server.
4. (Option)用Adobe Customization Wizard 9  做一個MST檔
5. Create or modify a group policy
